Do I need a pickup appointment?
Yes. Every auction pickup requires an appointment before you arrive. Your HiBid or Auction Flex invoice is not an appointment. Visit dealfw.com/pickup, choose a date and time, and wait for confirmation.
Do I pay online?
Direct deals can be paid through secure Stripe checkout when available. You can also reserve for cash pickup. Auction payments follow the HiBid auction terms.
Is this the same login as HiBid?
No. DealFW website and HiBid credentials are separate.
How long is an item held?
Cash reservations last up to 24 hours. Your confirmed reservation shows the exact deadline. Pickup is Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM Central.
Do you ship?
Yes. Request a shipping quote on a direct deal. If packed dimensions or weight need checking, our team will provide a quote before you pay. Auction shipping follows the lot terms on HiBid.
Can I enter the giveaway without buying?
Yes. No purchase or auction win is required. Eligibility rules still apply.
