How DealFW works.

DealFW offers two clearly separate ways to find a deal: bid on live auction lots through HiBid, or reserve fixed-price inventory directly on this website.

Auction pickup appointment required

A HiBid or Auction Flex invoice is not a pickup appointment. After winning, visit dealfw.com/pickup, choose a date and time, and wait for confirmation before arriving.

Path 1

Bid in the online auction

  1. Browse live lots and open the item you want.
  2. Follow the bid button to HiBid in a new tab.
  3. Sign in to a separate HiBid account and review the posted terms.
  4. If you win, open your invoice and visit dealfw.com/pickup.
  5. Choose a pickup date and time and receive confirmation before arriving.

Path 2

Reserve a fixed-price deal

  1. Choose an available fixed-price product on DealFW.
  2. Sign in and confirm the reservation details.
  3. Check the displayed hold deadline and pickup instructions.
  4. Pay the shown amount when you collect the item.

Before committing to an item

Review every photo, the condition notes, closing time, pickup details, and the applicable auction or reservation terms. Auction bidding happens on HiBid; a DealFW account and a HiBid account are not interchangeable.
