Pickup hours
Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM Central at 2125 Exchange Dr, Arlington, TX 76011. The warehouse is closed evenings and weekends. Available times must fall within 24 hours of reservation.
Payment and expiration
A cash reservation is not a paid sale. Pay the agreed item price plus applicable tax at pickup. Your order shows the hold deadline. After expiration, the item becomes available to other customers. A reminder does not extend the hold.
Offers and shipping
Sending an offer or requesting a shipping quote does not reserve inventory. Availability is checked again at checkout. Negotiated prices cannot be combined with the welcome discount. Online paid orders and HiBid auction purchases follow their own fulfillment instructions.
