We use information to operate our warehouse and auction services, administer accounts, manage reservations and pickups, send requested pickup-assignment and operational alerts, respond to support requests, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to communications providers and other service providers solely to deliver the services you requested, or when required by law.
Text-message choices
DealFW Pickup Alerts sends operational SMS or MMS messages only after you opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or access to the dashboard.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for operations, compliance, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
