By selecting the SMS marketing checkbox, you authorize DealFW Stockyard Co. to send recurring automated promotional text messages to the phone number you provide. Messages may include new inventory, auction reminders and member offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
An optional, separate choice
SMS marketing consent is not a condition of purchase or account creation. The checkbox is not preselected. Giving us your phone number for a receipt, pickup or account does not enroll you in marketing. Email and SMS choices are separate.
Changing your choice
Reply STOP to a marketing text to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@dealfw.com. You can also ask support to withdraw your consent. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. Only provide a number you are authorized to use.
How consent is recorded
We record the phone number, your choice, the policy version, the wording shown and when the choice was saved. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Employee alerts are a different program
