For Texas resale purchases, include a completed and signed Texas Resale Certificate (Form 01-339). Include your permit number, the goods you buy for resale, your business details, signature, and date.

You can also attach your sales tax permit as supporting documentation. A permit by itself does not replace the signed certificate. For another type of exemption, upload the applicable completed exemption certificate.
